:Role Description

Join our technical business development team in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role includes preparing technical proposals for tenders, conceptual site sizing, data analysis, and producing internal documentation to support the sales process. The work is primarily internal, with occasional interaction with customers

Ideal for an early-career candidate with a proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and a desire to combine engineering expertise with business development processes

:Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical documents and respond to tender requirements
  • Develop initial project site configuration according to client and sales team requirements
  • Analyze data and prepare technical support documents for proposals
  • Collaborate with product engineers, engineering teams, and business development to tailor solutions
  • Document and maintain internal knowledge for process improvement

:Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Ability to identify problems and provide pragmatic solution
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
  • Advantage: familiarity with renewable energy or energy storage systems
