The O&M department includes a professional team of service engineers and dedicated monitoring personnel responsible for overseeing multiple energy storage systems. Their main objective is to ensure that each system performs at its maximum capacity and maintains its quality throughout its operational life.

 

Routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks are performed consistently, including those  mandated by key technology providers, according to the industry’s best practices. This involves quarterly and annual system tests, annual performance tests, ongoing system performance monitoring and troubleshooting, monthly report generation, management of warranty-related events, replacement of faulty components, and  storage and management of replacement parts for efficient system operation and functionality.

 

The O&M services provided by BLEnergy encompass the following main parameters:
